How to Make Sparkling Apple-Pomegranate Sorbet Floats

Decadence is only four steps away. Using a handful of common ingredients, you can make a satisfying dessert that everyone will enjoy.

Step 1: Boil

In a small saucepan, bring the sugar and pomegranate juice to a boil, whisking often. Boil for one minute or until the sugar dissolves then remove from heat.

Step 2: Mix

Stir in 1/2 cup Martinelli’s Sparkling Apple-Pomegranate and lemon juice. Refrigerate until cold, about one hour.

Step 3: Churn

Churn according to your ice cream maker’s instructions then freeze until firm, preferably overnight.
