A unique twist on the classic Paloma. Slightly less tart and bitter, and a little more juicy and sweet. The combination of the apple, lime, grapefruit, and tajin hits all the senses! Sweet, spicy, salty, tart, and refreshing. Perfect for a summer day. Reminiscent of the popular Mexican snack: a big bowl of freshly cut fruit such as apples and oranges kissed with fresh lime juice and topped generously with Tajin. SABROSA! YUM!
Instructions
- Mix tajin & salt together on a small plate, and set aside.
- Add tequila, Pamplemousse, lime, and grapefruit in cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously.
- Get a pint like glass and strain over ice.
- Top with Martinelli’s Sparkling Cider and stir briefly.
- Moisten half of the rim of the glass using the lime wedge.
- Dip the moistened rim of the glass into the Tajin and salt mixture, ensuring it is generously coated.
- Add 1 wheel of fresh grapefruit, place inside glass against one side, slightly curved.
- Cut three apple slices and fan them out on top of the cocktail.
