Martinelli’s Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
As a 156-year-old American company, it is our responsibility to stand up for the values of diversity and inclusion in the communities we serve. At Martinelli’s we pride ourselves on having a diverse team and treating all our employees with dignity, respect, and appreciation, but we recognize that we can always strive to do more. As such, we will continue to evaluate our role as a leader in the beverage industry and make the following commitments:
Martinelli’s will include our farmers, suppliers, team members, customers, and community in ongoing dialogue to create a more diverse and integrated environment from the orchard to the bottle, to the hands of our consumers.
Martinelli’s will continue to be an inclusive company and make concerted efforts to promote diversity and reflect the community in which we are based, and the nation we serve. With a focus on internal training and education, we commit to ensuring objectivity and equality in all our hiring practices, performance evaluations, and promotion decisions.
Working with our partners in Watsonville, including the Second Harvest Food Bank, Martinelli’s will continue to invest in our community to fight food insecurity, educational disparity, and ensure quality healthcare options for the most vulnerable among us. As members of the J.E.D.I Collaborative, a non-profit platform committed to transforming the natural products and food industry to be more diverse and inclusive, Martinelli’s will also continue to evaluate how we can deepen our impact in the communities we serve across the country.
At Martinelli’s, we will continue to hold ourselves to the highest standards to embody the changes we want to see in the world.
